CFI held its Annual Membership Meeting (AMM) 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 14, 2024.
The meeting focused on several key agendas, including the ratification of the acts of the Executive Committee and the Board, the appointment of Executive Committee members, and the presentation of reports such as the President’s Report, the Treasurer’s Report, and the Program Quality Control Committee’s Report, which provided updates and performance metrics on the implemented projects across CFI’s geographical areas for the year of 2023.
Furthermore, following the passing of our Chair, Mr. Ramon Pedrosa, the Board of Trustees elected new officers. Mr. Alberto A. Lim was elected as the new Chairperson, Ms. Ma. Aurora “Rory” Tolentino as the new President, and Dr. Carlo Irwin Panelo was elected as the Vice President. Meanwhile, Mr. Gil T. Salazar was reelected as Treasurer and Atty. Reginaldo Hernandez was reappointed as Corporate Secretary.
