CFI Hosts Brown Bag Session on ‘Inclusivity in the Workplace’ with Dr. Anthony Cordero

As part of our ongoing commitment for staff development and organizational growth, CFI’s HR Unit through the Committee on Health and Safety hosted a brown bag session titled “Inclusivity in the Workplace” on April 19, 2024. The session’s invited resource speaker was Dr. Anthony “Ants” Cordero, Director of the University of the Philippines Manila Community Health and Development Program (UP CHDP) and a Professor at the UP College of Medicine.
The session emphasized the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion as fundamental pillars of workplace culture, ensuring that every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. Furthermore, it was highlighted that diversity is strength and that by embracing inclusivity, CFI not only enhances the well-being of the workforce but also drives innovation, creativity, and excellence in all aspects of the organization.
