In alignment with CFI’s mandate of preparing its staff to perform their role efficiently and effectively, the Human Resource (HR) Unit organized an Orientation to New Staff (ONS) program for newly hired staff last April 16-17, 2024.
The ONS highlighted the Foundation’s values and work ethics, policies, and procedures, and workplace culture. The goal of this initiative is to help the new employees to acclimate to their new workplace environment, understand CFI’s expectations from them, and prepare them into their new roles.
