As a continuation of the Management Training Series, CFIโ€™s Trustee, Atty. Anthony Charlemagne Yu, delivered an insightful lecture on โ€œBalancing Management and Staff Perspective,โ€ emphasizing the dynamic interplay between management and staff perspectives within organizations. He highlighted the common challenges arising from divergent perspectives, such as communication gaps, conflicting priorities, resistance to change, and trust issues. Atty. Yu proposed a multifaceted approach to bridge these gaps, advocating for inclusive management styles, professional development opportunities, and recognition of staff contributions. By fostering mutual understanding and collaboration, Atty. Yu asserted that organizations can enhance productivity, improve morale, and achieve sustained success.
